Royale Takitumu Villas is set in 1.3 acres of lawns, palms and tropical gardens right on the beachfront of Rarotonga's premier white sand beach and a safe, crystal clear swimming lagoon.

The villas are located right on the fabulous Titikaveka lagoon and white sand beach on the quiet, south side of the main island of Rarotonga.

The beach here is of dazzling white sand edged with waving palms and stretches unbroken, for some 8km in both directions. The lagoon is protected by a living coral barrier reef and is azure blue, crystal clear, a snorkellers paradise and a haven for myriads of tropical fish.

The complex features ten beautiful villas , styled with the South Seas in mind but without compromising comfort in any way. Roofs are overlaid with coconut thatch and the high pitches ensure a cool interior at all times.
