Air Travel within New Zealand
Seekers New Zeland has not made any domestic air arrangements at this stage as it is impossible to foresee accurately increases, in airfares, fuel, airport charges..

Amendments
Prior to confirmation from suppliers the first change is free; all subsequent changes are subject to a $25 fee per change, per product. After confirmation but before documents are issued, there is a $50 change fee per product. A fee of $75 per change will be assessed for changes made within 14 days prior to departure. If such changes necessitate cancellation of confirmed arrangements, unrecoverable costs will be added to the change fee.

Cancellation Fees
In addition to non-refundable deposit, cancellation charges apply in accordance with the scale below. Travellers are reminded of the necessity to purchase travel insurance as soon as their booking is confirmed.

21 Days or more prior to departure $55 per person plus any operator/airline charges
7 to 21 Days prior to departure $120 per person plus any operator/airline charges
7 or less prior to departure 100% of holiday cost at the sole discretion of Seekers New Zealand.

Change in prices and itineraries
Prices is based on operator's tariff, as 01 July 2008. It is impossible to foresee accurately increases, in airfares, fuel, airport charges, hotel rates and other service provider's tariffs. In the event that such fluctuations offset the prices which Seekers New Zealand pay for such services, we reserve the right to adjust our prices any time up to and including the day of departure.

Conditions of carriage
Seekers New Zealand Limited (herein called the company) acts only as an Agent for the hotels, airlines, rental car/motorhome operators or other services (herein called the contractor). All coupons exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by COMPANY are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and services whatsoever provided by the Contractors, and by acceptance of such documents, the traveller agrees to the foregoing and also agrees that neither the COMPANY nor any subsidiary or affiliate company shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation transportation or other service or resulting directly or indirectly from beyond the Company’s control. The Company does not accept liability for failure on the part of transportation companies whose responsibility is confined to their own operations.

The Company, its Associates or Agents and Employees are not liable for:
(a) Any event beyond their control, including (but not limited to) war, disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, act of God, act of Government of other Authorities, accident or failure of equipment or industrial action (whether or not including the Company’s or Contractors employees:) nor
(b) Any act of omission whatsoever (whether within or outside their control) in relation to any booking, contract travel, accommodation, excursion or other vacation services (including carriage or baggage) which results in any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, death, injury, delay, liability, additional expenses or inconvenience.
(c) Seekers New Zealand is a tour wholesaler who arranges the provision of the products & services listed. Seekers New Zealand does not take responsibility for the omission or failure of individual properties, plant or services detailed on this site.

Accommodation
Lodge accommodation will be used and is based on Quad beds in your room as provided by the operator. r Quad accommodation may include a rollaway bed. If you require a single , twin/double these will be on application and the additional cost will notified to you.

All photography and maps on this website are for general and visual descriptive purposes only. Actual routings and items included may differ from what is shown.

What’s not included

Domestic Air Arrangements.
All items of personal nature including but not limited to laundry, drinks and meals unless otherwise stated, telephone and other communication costs and all airport taxes.

Deposit & balance of payments
A deposit of NZ$200 per person is required to begin the reservation process. The balance of payment is required 1st June 2009. Bookings made within 45 days prior to travel are to be paid in full immediately upon confirmation. Seekers New Zealand reserves the right to charge a late booking fee of up to NZ$50 per person. All deposits are nonrefundable.
Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed in writing to you and a contract comes into existence on the date shown on this letter or email.

Dietary Requests
Dietary requests will be accepted and passed on to the hotels but cannot be guaranteed. Meal plans include breakfast and/or dinner as noted. Beverages, bar items, room service and other personal expenses are not included and are a responsibility of an individuals.

Documents required
A valid passport is required for all passengers and those not travelling on an Australian or New Zealand passport may require a Visa. Please consult with your Travel Agent for information to ensure that all documents required are correct and current.

Force Majeure
“ Force Majeure” means any even which Seekers New Seekers New Zealand could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Force Majeure covers events such as war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and similar events beyond our control. In the case of force Majeure Seekers New Zealand will not accept liability, and reserve the right to change and cancel trip.

Pre-existing Medical Conditions
It is your responsibility to advice Seekers New Zealand of any pre existing medical conditions that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your requiring medical attention or that might affect the normal conduct of a trip and the enjoyment of the other trip members. You may be required to provide an assessment of your medical condition from a qualified medical practitioner if requested by Seekers New Zealand employees or suppliers. Seekers New Zealand reserve the right, at its discretion, to cancel your booking and refund the money paid by you less any unrecoverable cost.

Seekers New Zealand also reserves the right to cancel your participation in a trip at anytime, including after the commencement of your trip, with no right of refund if your medical condition could be reasonable expected to effect the normal conduct of the trip and the enjoyment of the other trip members.

Prices
All prices are expressed in NZ dollars and include the New Zealand Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 12.5% and were correct at time of publishing .Seekers New Zeland reserves the right to vary the cost of tours if necessary. Tour costing will be guaranteed at the price prevailing at the date of final payment.

All holiday prices are expressed on the basis of Cheque, Cash or Direct Cash Bank Transfer in New Zealand dollars (NZD), and are based on tariffs current at this time. All Credit Card payments will be an additional 3% of the total travel arrangements at the time of payment.

NOTE: All prices are based on a minmuim group number of 20 full paying passengers travelling..

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend complete and comprehensive travel insurance cover. Insurance must be purchased in country of residence. We accept no responsibility for any loss caused through insufficient or lack of insurance cover. Note that many 'free' or 'cheap' insurance policies do not offer expert and sufficient cover and are often difficult to claim on.
