Agent
We at Seekers New Zealand are travel agents and act only as sales agents for airlines, hotels and travel suppliers. Any reservation(s) with Seekers New Zealand constitutes an acceptance of all terms and conditions applied by each of those suppliers as well as our own. Please ask for full details related to your booking. All bookings made constitutes a full acceptance of all these terms and conditions.

Airlines
Many Airlines now have very strict policies on making reservations and payment. Prices vary from depending on day of travel. Most airlines automatically cancel your booking if payment is not made on time and is outside of our control. All airfares are subject to increase without notice until paid in full.

Cancellation/Amendment Fees
Depending on your travel arrangements a deposit will be required to make your booking. If you ask us to make your booking a $100.00 per person fee will be levied for any cancellations from that date. In addition be advised that cancelled bookings will incur further charges imposed by Airlines, Hotels and Tour Operators, which may add up to 100%. We strongly suggest that you purchase a complete and comprehensive travel insurance policy.

Amendment fees differ, as a fee may be charged depending on the complexity of the changes. Some airlines, hotels and Tour operators may also charge for any changes you make to your booking.

Refunds
If in the course of your trip you do have an experience which is not to your satisfaction we strongly recommend you take the matter up directly with the supplier at that time (i.e. the hotel or tour operator). Failure to do so will negate any claim you may have. If you do not receive a satisfactory result please write to us within 21 days of your return to New Zealand with full details of your complaint. We will endeavour to assist you by contacting our suppliers.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend complete and comprehensive travel insurance cover. Please ask for full details. We accept no responsibility for any loss caused through insufficient or lack of insurance cover. Note that many 'free' or 'cheap' insurance policies do not offer expert and sufficient cover and are often difficult to claim on.

Passport/Visas
For all travel out of New Zealand you require a valid passport and for some countries a valid entry visa. Many countries require passports to be valid for 6 months beyond the date that you depart their country. If you are not a New Zealand passport holder you must have a re-entry permit to re-enter New Zealand. Ensuring you have the correct Passport and visa requirements is your responsibility , please ask if you would like assistance.

Prices and Payment
The price given on any quote or invoice may be discounted for cash or cheque payments only. A seperate price may apply for payment by Credit Card. All prices are subject to change without notice. All quotes are subject to increase without notice and are subject to change due to errors or omissions.
